  • My buddy good Gus got me into the wonderful world of Homebrew! I've only got 2 batches under my belt thus far. First batch is still in carb mode in the bottles and the 2nd batch is fermenting as we speak. I'm currently in extract mode but hope to go ag soon!
  • I'm going to do my first AG batch. I think im going to either go for a bitter or a pale ale.

    according to Briess, a smoked porter should use 30-60% of their smoked malt in the grain bill.
