    Looks good!What would you say are the differences between the one made with bottled water and
    your tap water? Do you have a well or city water?I'd say overall, much more rounded out taste.

    about 4-5 times now with consistency). I'd have to check notes, but I used 11g gypsum and 5g
    calcium chloride...
