    sounds like a crapload of oxidation. You only have had them in bottles for a week? Depending on
    the alcohol content and many other factors, a week may not be enough time. Patience.

    Do you allow it to age about the same amount of time as your bottled brews? It may just need
    more time and might be very green right now.
