so i brewed my first all grain batch yeasterday. i didn't have a pot bigger than 22 qt so i
didnt get a full 5 gallons but no biggy to me. just kinda through this recipe together.10 lbs

wow only 2.8 c.f. i figrued i would be looking at atleast 5.5 or so. what kind of temp control
did you use? and how easy was the wiring?
