  • My dad learned home brew while the family was stationed with him in England. I remember him and the dog getting buzzed out in the shed while he bottl'ed green beer. He continued brewing after we came back to the U.S. and I was always interested in trying the new stuff he turned out.

    I started brewing hard ciders because I was dissatisfied with local selections and price. Plus it is much more satisfying to cool my heels with a glass of home brew.

    Not that it matters but, what catagory would this beer fall under?Lagunitas calls it an
    American Wheat. It's a bit high in the IBU's for that according to BJCP though, but it's close
    enough for me.
