Should you hold a bottle of homebrew upside down and twirl to re-suspend settled yeasts to get
them activated again? Wouldn't this help with carbonation?

I would carry out as normal giving an extra couple of days or an extra week in the secondary
just for ageing. Also give this one a little bit more time in the bottles just so the flavors

You're gonna be a lot happier with the 6.5. Carboy, Better Bottle or bucket?I got a glass
Carboy. What are the advantages to using this instead of a bucket?

  • Posted in thread: Carboy Question on 02-03-2007 at 04:28 AM
Thanks for the advice all, I got myself a 6.5er and a blow off set up. For the other end of the
BO tube, I just put it in a bucket of water? Sanitizer? Cheap Vodka?
