    Brewed this today so I'll let you know how it turns out.I took your advice and cut back the
    2-row and added some Vienna.

    I found Nugget at the home reno store (Rona, for us Canadians)...go figure!What????Why was Rona

    I keep mine in my cold cellar for about 8 months of the year. The temp in the winter usually
    sits around the 40s so if works out well.
