Beer, mead and wine!!!! Starting with a basic pale ale.
Purchased the basic starter kit. Decided to do an extract brown ale to start. Waiting a week or two til I will be in town to rack to secondary. Still need to purchase a secondary fermenter and hops. Can't wait to get started! - Oatmeal Stout

Is one pound of rice solids equal to a pound rice extract. Going to brew an American Light Ale

It depends on what thermostat you are refering to. If I were makimg my own, I would do it with
the Johnson brand temp controller and wire it in. It will put you over your ten% cost estimate,
