Those glass big mouths scare me so much! :eek:Me too but I think it will be great for fruit and
dry hopping as it provides easy access.It was a fathers day gift so I had to use it :)

Day 7... went from 1.086 to 1.025 and switched to an airlock that's bubbling every 5 seconds.

If you don't have a jacketed fermenter you can use a fan to gently slow the rise. I don't like
