The lactose doesn't throw your hydrometer off. It raises the FG by adding all unfermentable
sugar, but the reading is correct. In other words, a lb of lactose in a 5 gal batch adds about
7 gravity pts...

Those glass big mouths scare me so much! :eek:Me too but I think it will be great for fruit and
