- I've been hombrewing for a few years now. I really enjoy the process, as well as the end result. I also love how many more beers I have been exposed to since I have been brewing and hanging out with other brewers. I have moved into kegging all of my beers as of late, which has enabled me to brew more at one time since I have a keezer big enough for 5-6 kegs at one time, so that doesn'y hurt things either. Also, to add to the brewing, I have recently started experimenting with ciders for my lady, and root beer (from extract of course) for the kids. All in all, brewing beer and other things has and hopefully will be a lot of fun for a long time to come! Cheers!
- endless list....
- Stout (maybe plain, maybe vanilla...still deciding)
- empty
- nothing
- Apple Cider (easy...from store bought apple juice)

yeast involved at all. The tricky part for me will be not to drink 5+ glasses of root beer per
day!Posted in thread: had to make the wife happy. on 01-29-2013 at 03:15 AM

Welcome. Been to Benton a few times, believe it or not!Luckily it's close enough to Little Rock
that I don't have to hang out in Benton very much, but it's not a bad little town.Posted in thread: New guy from Arkansas on 02-24-2011 at 03:27 PM
