It's rad.rnrnNow, Since 2013, I have become a professional brewer at Blueskye brewery and Eats in Salina, KS. We got to design and build our very own 7 bbl system from scratch.

    Yeah.. I think beer is pretty resilient, and (for the most part) you'd have to be pretty
    negligent to infect it, and even then it's pretty rare. On the other hand, there are meticulous

    Stick with your experiment... you can mess with hops later... I even know a guy that can get
    you fresh whole cone hops in mid Aug. Stick with your original plan!
