    My airlock shows no activity but I opened it up today to see bubbles and other signs of what

    Ok so I made about 3.5 gallons of cider the other day and have yet to see any fermentation. I
    know blah blah hydrometer, sight doesn't equal fermentation...But I didn't use a hydrometer on
    cider unlik...
