  • I first started brewing 15 years ago. I took a 12 year hiatus and I have been brewing consistantly for the past year. I have 32 all-grain batches completed. I presently use a 1/2 barrel keggle system with a HERMS coil in the HLT. I brew both 10 gallon and 5 gallon batches depending on the style.

    I'm brewing (just added flavor hops) a pils with Pac. Gem hops for bittering and Nelson Sauvin
