Anyone know what hop you are tasting in new Belgium ranger ipa? I know it uses simcoe, chinook

If this is a picture of your fermenter then do nothing except wait. That is krausen layer which
means it is fermenting.

I have given up on ordering liquid yeast during summer. My last 2 orders never started
fermenting but then I didn't have supplies to make a starter either. Dry yeast is just easier
