- Started off as most people probably did...with a Mr. Beer kit. After 3 Mr Beer kits I moved up to 5 gallon extract batches and hope to next try partial-mash.

- AHS Double Chocolate Stout (extract)
- Belgian Witbier, Fat Tire Clone,rnrnI had a Mr beer kit that had been sitting around for 2 months. I decided to brew it and add 3 different hop additions. I did a 30 minute boil with hops added at 30 mins, 15 mins and 5 mins. amazing how good it came out.

Anyone know what hop you are tasting in new Belgium ranger ipa? I know it uses simcoe, chinook

I just bottled up a ruination clone kit from Austin home brew. It used 12 lbs of extract which

I'm about 24 hrs into fermentation of a high gravity beer and it looks like I have already lost

Brew Free or Die! I love how bright and crisp the hop character is yet not overly bitter. What

Sierra-Nevada torpedo. Got a stone ruination clone in the fermenter. It it comes out even close

I experienced same thing with my extract brews. Likely due to extract addition at beginning of
boil which is usually what kit directions say to do. Your color may be off but it should still

If this is a picture of your fermenter then do nothing except wait. That is krausen layer which
means it is fermenting.
