    I like the extra control over the beer that all-grain provides and the cost savings isn't bad

    I first quite using secondary, then glass for the most part. It has made brewing so much
    easier. Cleaning, adding dry hops, yeast harvesting are all easier with buckets. I only use
    glass now for sours...

    I'd say to move most of the hops to the 15-0 range. That way you will get more flavor and
    aroma.
