    I just brewed 11 gallons of a rye Ipa yesterday and 11.5 of a russian imperial stout today so
    32,615.5 + 22.5 = 32,638I just looked at the totals from last year it looks like we need to
    start drinking...

    I would mash lower 148-150 range. Skip the 20 min addition and add some more dry hops. I
