I soaked my wood chips in 6 onces of scotch for a week or two then dumped all of it into the
secondary and then transferred the beer on top of it. It had a good subtle scotch flavor after

I'm still new to this I'm assuming cold crash means putting the carboy in cold water. If so

i found that good siphoning into a secondary fermenter can get rid of 95% of the dry hops then
when you siphon again it will be prettymuch hops freeIts already in the secondary. I would
