The kegs that I have are pin-locks that have been converted to ball-lock fittings. Two of the
kegs have the pressure relief valves that don't have a manual release and I want to replace
them with lids...

I tried the Five Star silicone based defoamer. It works great in the kettle, but had no effect
when I added it to the fermenter. I've seen a few other reviews saying the same thing.I know
