What is the best way to provide enough yeast for a 35G batch of ale (1.056 OG)? I've looked at

Skeeze, Brewmasters Warehouse will sell you a 50-55lbs sack of uncrushed Briess 2 Row for about
$50. Maris Otter is a bit more expensive. It's not as good as a group buy, but it's better than
