How did you lauter it?I followed the wheat wine recipe on the jack Keller website. I recall it
had a lot more sediment than I thought it would have.

I made wheat wine a couple of years ago. I haven't tried it yet but maybe it is about time.

If it is something that you think you will want to sweeten you could hold back and freeze a
couple of gallons for that purpose.

Freezing helps a lot. I usually try to freeze, but no room for this much here. Has the wine

I slice them in half, sometimes removing the stem as I go. I may cut them up a bit further, but
that is it. I then mash them, trying not to crush seeds. That is it, but I have only done it

I have used them without a problem. However, the longest I have use them on any particular

Thanks novalou an helibrewer. I wasn't planning on rose. this is only my second batch of a red
wine made from juice that I got from a winery so I guess I will just take what i get. I did
