More likely you fermented too hot and fast. Another thing would be if you used a bread yeast,
if you did not you would have to back sweeten.I am drinking mine as I am bottling them. Plenty

Got around to taking a look at the o-ring on my dip tube and not only did I notice that the
poppet wasn't seated correctly, but I didn't even have an o-ring on it in the first place.

I guess it could be I just figured since it tasted completely normal that it wasn't. If it's
overcarbed then it has to be an issue with my regulator which I really hope isn't the case.

@juanmoore - just checked and there are air pockets throughout the line. The beer definitely
doesn't seem over carbed though, so I'll take it out and replace the o-ring on the dip tube.
