I would suggest you spend the time and effort to make it look as nice and functional as
possible. If you can line the inside with paneling or something somewhat water proof it will

Did the temp change maybe after fermentation was done? Looks like you had suck back through the
blowoff tube back into the fermenter. Might be a layer of yeasty starsan sitting on that beer.

Made this with Pacman yeast and Saaz instead of Sterling and it turned out incredible. Will be
making the exact same recipe again soon
