I use pellets to dry hop and normally only leave the beer on the hops until the pellets
dissolve. The best hop aroma I have achieved was when I dry hopped for only 24 hours. Usually

From one of my trusted sources (BYO, Zymurgy, Brewing Network) I recall hearing that doubling
the amount of dry hops that go into an American IPA gives fantastic aroma characteristics. Just

You may already be planning to do this, but when I brew a milk stout I add the lactose @15
minutes. Recipe looks good, happy brewing.
