I personally would suggest growing all centennial. (Since you, have Cascade.). Centennial
doesn't seem to grow as strong as Cascade which has pros and cons. One hop you don't have on
there is Northern...

Cascade, centennial, Columbus. W300669. I believe the cascade had the largest cones so probably
60 maybe up to 70% cascade

I think you should shoot on the lower end with like 50, but lots of late addition, flameout,
and dry hops. I feel when the bitterness of the hops and the bitterness of the dark grains
create an unwelc...

Thanks for the link beernuts, I have not checked the ph of my soil and also am growing outside,
but it looks like there are many uses for 85% phosphoric acid when used properly. I may buy
some to have...

I also ended up cutting a bunch of lower runners that didn't have any cones production to
hopefully send more energy into the hops
