If you get the really big tamale pot(46 qt $25.99), at say Foodmax, It already has a ridge for
a false bottom, and comes with a steam plate. It could be modified to keep fine particles off

I can get a 4 month supply of fish oil for about 5 bucks at Costco. Fish twice a day... not so
