I agree, I think I make the best beer and so do my friends. It tastes comparable or better than
microbrew. I am biased since I made it. I figure it taste so good because we have a great water

I use a blow of tube, I usually put the airlock on at 2-4 days. Probably not neccesary though.

Congrats, be patient with the bottle conditioning. I'd crack one at 1 week, 2 weeks, and 3
weeks. It is cool cause you can tell the difference a week makes.
