About two weeks in and wanted to provide an update on the batch. It just started showing signs

What temp did you all let this age out at? I'm not going to check the gravity, but cooler temp
is at 70*f now and it's been a week, so I am assuming fermentation is done.

Brewed my saison on Sunday, was able to do a double brew day. Pitched it and took off
fermenting within 3 hours of pitching. Looking good and can't wait to have this for my Birthday
