Now, if I had missed my temps and needed to add water, I would have been SOL..If my MT is
nearly full and I miss my mashing temp it's no big deal. I remove some mash and add water to
adjust the temp. ...

BIAB is great. But If someone has -- or is going to acquire -- a cooler for mashing, I say
forget the bag, put a false bottom in the cooler and mash and batch sparge in that.

... ever since my wife was forced to deal with a near exploding ferm bucket while I was at
