Beer looks great. I'll be brewing a double batch for a wedding and I think I'll do the second

If you are using RO water - are you adding anything to it? Have you checked your mash pH?Adjust
your recipes to match your efficiency in the mean time.

Just tasted my sample when I went to keg it (4 weeks primary). Best sample I've ever had. Can't
