  • I'm a chemical engineer by its a natural fit. A friend got me hooked after one brew sessionrnrnJust finished building my E-brew setup based on the countertop brutus but scaled up to 5 gal. Works well so for the grain mill and I'm all set!

    Or you just ferment in a 5 gal carboy with 5 gal and set up a blow off. You might lose a little
