It will work, but it depends on if you want to ever do big beers. I use a 5 Gallon Coleman
MAXCold water cooler and it works great for me, but I never really do beers bigger than 1.06.

Found this article online. The "gold malt" seems to be what im looking for. Does it seem
accurate? Pale Gold Malt (est. 10 L), which has a nutty but not toasty flavor, roast your base
malt for 20 min...
