You would be suprised how small of a concentration it could take for some compounds to be
poisonous. If you know someone with a lab/mass spec you could always ask them to test it for
you, or the rocks...

I recently fermented a 2.5 gallon batch in a 6 gallon better bottle. To date it is one of my
best brews. I wouldn't worry about it.

My two cents.... I think you're going to be hit or miss on the dishwasher. The temperatures may
be high enough at dry time, but you're probably wasting alot of water for nothing considering
the jets p...
