  • I started making mead in 2004. Friends here in Colorado and my best friend and his brother in California have been brewing for quite some time and my wife decided she wanted to start brewing. We currently do all grain brewing in 5 gallon batches. I'll drink anything but I'm not hug fan of Wheat beers.
  • EVERYTHING!!!!!
  • I have about 10 wine bottles full of a 2005 clover honey mead and about 20 bottles left of a 2006 rasberry honey mead.
  • Our first batch: Started out as a Fat Tire Clone recipe that was recommended to us but after a couple malt substitutions and a bit more hops it's more of an ESB. ABV 5.8%........waiting patiently for carbonation.
