    Me and a few buddies brewed up a 10g batch of a Robust Porter yesterday :-D Kegged 10g of a
    Centennial IPA recently as well. Look forward to having my two favorite beers on tap for a
    while :-D

    No worries, I think this would definitely be a good style for licorice, if any. The black

    Consider using a small amount of black patent, if you want a nice burnt note to add to the
    chocolate malt. It's my favorite part of a porter, personally. Slight coffee, dark chocolate,
    roasty goodness...

    I got a lb of Simcoe whole hops from, as well as a half lb of Amarillo :-) They
    were like $1.60/oz, but the only other site I saw them on wanted like $4/oz for pellet.
