Consider using a small amount of black patent, if you want a nice burnt note to add to the

I got a lb of Simcoe whole hops from freshops.com, as well as a half lb of Amarillo :-) They
were like $1.60/oz, but the only other site I saw them on wanted like $4/oz for pellet.

The bigger the pot, the better, so you can actually do 5g when you want, but you might want to
get a turkey fryer burner to do the full boil, if you don't already have one. Using a separate
