I've used that brand's blueberry puree in secondary and was pleased with it. I racked a blonde
ale on top of it and it was very subtle tasting. It did give it a nice color.

Sorry to bring up an old post, bust i can see my oak chips laying on the bottom in the trub.
Will it still impart the flavor of the oak if they are buried?
