I usually keep an ESB on tap as well. It's a style that is not as common as an IPA or Pale Ale
and my craft beer friends find this a nice change of pace.

I can see what everyone is saying, and it makes logical sense except for one part.If extracts
are made by excess boiling to reduce the water content already, wouldn't the 'damage' be done
