Ok so three weeks to carbonate. A week to disolve the carbonation.....gonna have to lokk that

Im definetly having trouble keeping right at one temp. The fiancee and I are in a condo for a
while saving for a house, the temp varies from about 65 to 70. Ill see if the spare closet
