Currently living in France until June and I've got access to some Breton apple juice at my

I want to back sweeten, and carbonate a one gallon jug with apple juice. Will my left over

if you didn't add the campden tablets, and then added the cinnamon and sugar syrup, that should
carbonate, right? how long would you let that sit before putting it in the fridge, and cold
