    Kegged mine the original recipe version last weekend on gelatin, beer is real clear but not
    much head on it. Could it be not quite carbed up yet or is it something else?

    Bought the ITC-1000 to upgrade from my STC-1000. Is it just plug and play meaning does is wire

    If I dont use a bag, with they fall out into the trub at the bottom. I ferment in a bottling
    bucket with the spigot about an inch off the bottom.
