I'm pretty sure brewer's yeast is called such because it can ferment maltose, which is a major
portion of the fermentable sugars in wort. I don't think wine yeast has the same capability.

Great find, thanks for posting this! The paint strainer bags are a real stretch to get on my
10g pot, and definitely don't fill out the sides. Do you think doubling up would provide better
