  • Began brewing 3 years ago with kits I bought in Canada. Then meeting other people on a french speaking homebrew board, I decided to build my own nano bewery.
    I brew now all grain when I have time.
    I'm planing to mod my brewery to steam injection heating when I'll be moved to my new house in Canada.
    I tried many recipes, some found on the net, others in books...
