  • I Have been interested in brewing for quite a while but never got into it until feb. 2009. I enjoy brewing quite a bit and have an algrain system and have recently built a kegerator.

    I wouldnt bother with the midori, just puree the fruit and pasturize it then rack on top of
    that... It would deffinately make an interesting beer

    The reason that drinking water is better is that there are minerals and such in it that will
    make the beer better... distilled water can be used if you want to build up your water with
    salts and such ...
