Actually the inside was remarkably clean. I donít know why the lady didnít clean the outside.
After one wipe down with Clorox the freezer looked 10 times better. good as new now.

It is because of the hard water. I did the rinse with vinegar and water as well which worked.
Then rinse again and use the starsan to sanitize. i bottled once and due to the amount of work
i had a keg...
