So I made an Irish red ale that I was going to add some honey to..I brewed last night and its
bubbling away now ...but I didn't really get the OG I was expecting.It just clicked...almost 20

Its only been in primary for a week, I was unaware that the smoke would fade in time. That may
be the option I go with then. I have thought that in a worse case scenario I would just cook

Goldings @20Wyeast : 17somethingoranother Scottish ale1.5lbs of LME added to separate 1gal boil

I live in Eugene, so there is always a Ninkasi, Hop Valley, Steelhead, Oakshire, or Bone Yard
on tap. Have yet to find a bar without a decent to great IPA on tap. I love living in the

Hey all, So! When I decide to get my beer brewin on I usually end up making 4 or 5 recipes (
because I can't decide what to make lol) then FINALLY settling on say...#3 but then brewing #4
lol soo many...
