That's ALL we needed to know. The 3 weeks at 70 degrees, that we recommend is the minimum time
it takes for average gravity beers to carbonate and condition. Higher grav beers take longer.

I think that I am gonna add about 3/4 pot of coffee to the wort just before I bottle it. It
