I definetly have the long bibs like shown above. I'm just paranoid, I just finished my basement
and don't want a flood. Think I may play it safe and do the ol' ice bath

Happy to report.... Tonight I did a dual sparge on about the same grain bill. My 2nd sparge

Sounds like I need to use a little more sparge. The large grain bill probably soaked up more
water and I compensated by added a little more water to the kettle. Thanks for the input. I'm

iodine test, however I always taste it and it was definitely sweet tasting.

Saturday i brewed Northern's Grapefruit Pulpin Clone. When i ordered the kit i new it was
probably a little too much for my Mash tun (5gal) but i ordered it anyway. I have my system
    down pretty good f...

I grow mine just like yoopers example. I'm sure I could get better production with a taller
setup but I use 8' decorative trellis' as privacy walls between you the neighbors. Due to me

I'd recommend crystal for wheats. It also does good in apa's. It grows like my other C hops,
yet has a German flavor and is haut different. I've grown to really love them
