Ooops. That's what I get for not reading....true but if you did an edworts apfelwein with the
wyeast hefe yeast (i cant remember the number), itd be ready by then and it tastes FREAKING

alright so here's the deal. i have a beer that looks like its sprouting a possible lacto
infection, or some infection of some sort.it is at a point where i think it is delicious and
perfect for keggin...
