You should really get your terminology right, because FINAL gravity means FINAL....as in done.
If you reach a stable gravity, that then later becomes active again, it was just a stuck

I'm with the OP on this one. I have drank the same amount of homebrew as I do craft beers when
I'm out, (with the same abv) and the homebrew will give me a wicked buzz in absolutely no time.
