Getting ready to fire up the kettle to brew EW's Haus Pale Ale. Planning on splitting the batch
after fermentation and dry hopping each.. maybe cascade and citra? Go late night brewing!

I have plenty of Maris Otter on hand and looking to make another batch of CB.. can't decide if
