    Getting ready to fire up the kettle to brew EW's Haus Pale Ale. Planning on splitting the batch
    after fermentation and dry hopping each.. maybe cascade and citra? Go late night brewing!

    Brewing up some more of BMs Centennial Blonde tomorrow. I think it's becoming the unofficial

    Yep I do a full boil and have yet to taste the extract "twang". Maybe I did on one batch where
    I used some oldish LME, but have since used DME and haven't noticed any issues. Right now with
    time being...

    So I tried something different with this recipe(at least different to me). I brewed it as a 20
    minute boil hop-burst extract recipe. Less than 2 hours from start to finish! Here's what I

    I have plenty of Maris Otter on hand and looking to make another batch of CB.. can't decide if
    I should omit the Vienna and C10 from the recipe if I were to use all MO as the base malt?
