I actually think I would do smaller batches (2.5-3 gal) with a brewie since it would be so easy
to brew more often and experiment more. Maybe 5 gals for the tried and true recipes that I know

What are you all using for water with this? I've used filtered tap water in the past with
extract recipes and I always get some sort of "bite" that I don't get with my all grain beers.

Brewing this morning.. changed the boil and first hop addition to 60 minutes, otherwise
