  • Just started doing it with my brother. Not sure of my exact setup but we do all-grain, about 6 gallons, keg it and put in our 2 keg keezer. Tried lots of different recipes, mainly Belgian quads, Russian IPA's and a lot of seasonals.

    Personally, I would get rid of the chocolate and replace it with a darker crystal malt
